Paper Mirchi - Stand 508
The beauty of our products lies in the story, the process and most importantly, the people behind it.
Having grown up in India, I’ve always been inspired by its rich cultural heritage and centuries-old craftsmanship. In a world shaped by fast production and fleeting trends, we choose a slower, more thoughtful path—preserving age-tested techniques and celebrating the quiet beauty of handmade products.
We work closely with small, family-run units in India, where skills have been lovingly passed down through generations. Every piece is made using 100% recycled cotton rag paper and follows a thoughtful, unhurried journey—from initial concept in our London studio to careful execution in the historic state of Rajasthan. As a qualified textile designer, I understand and honour the time, skill, and care that true artisanship requires.
Our collections reflect India’s vibrant culture and craftsmanship through a refined, contemporary lens. Every piece we create is crafted using recycled cotton paper, brought to life through traditional techniques such as block printing and hand marbling. Our products don’t just look good — they carry stories, skills, and heritage.
Sustainability sits at the heart of everything we do. Our products are completely tree-free, made entirely from recycled cotton. Whilst we strive to improve every aspect of our environmental impact, we recognise that sustainability is an ongoing journey. To help offset our footprint, we proudly support the Woodland Trust, the UK’s largest woodland conservation charity.
We are also committed to reducing waste wherever possible. End-of-line, out-of-season, damaged (but usable), and sample stock is donated to Barnardo’s, where it is sold through their charity shops. This not only keeps products out of landfill but also helps to raise vital funds for Barnardo’s, maintaining their wide range of children’s services.
Over the past nine years, our small business has grown organically, with winning multiple awards and building a global network of nearly 1,000 stockists. None of this would be possible without our loyal customers who understand and appreciate the quality of our products and our extraordinary artisan team, whose skill, patience, and passion define everything we create.
2026 COLLECTION OVERVIEW
The 2026 Paper Mirchi collection introduces an expanded range of new designs and colour stories, offering a fresh and playful evolution of our signature block prints. The collection features ginghams, bows, and delicate florals, alongside the launch of Occasion and Seasonal cards for the first time.
Also new for 2026 is our Home & Gift range, translating our distinctive block-print designs into beautifully crafted, functional pieces for the home. Designed to complement our core paper collections, the range reflects the same commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and timeless design.
